Former Telecom Minister Dayanidhi Maran`s ex-secretary Nripendra Mishra has told CBI that Maran delayed licenses to Aircel when Shivasankaran was the owner. Aircel founder Shivasankaran had earlier told CBI that Dayanidhi Maran compelled him to sell his stake in Aircel to benefit his brother Kalanithi Maran.
